If you use the same recruitment procedure for all of your positions, then you don't need to do anything - just create a role & receive applications via the industry standard default templated pipeline.

If you use different recruitment procedures (i.e. depending on the industry or position type), you are likely to have different processes for each pipeline, in which case select to use the multiple pipeline option. Either way, you'll always be able to customise any stage of the recruitment process as you see fit.

Prequalify candidates with default or custom forms

Get applicants to answer questions, check salary expectations, confirm their visa statuses, attach necessary documents & much more when they apply. This will help you sift through the candidates & assist in making up you mind about who you want to see for the interview.

It's simple, if you generally ask the same questions & need the same information then just use the Single form, however if you need to ask your applicants different pre-screening questions based on various positions, select Multiple forms.
