Get references completed easily at a click of a button

We know that candidate vetting is an essential aspect within the recruitment lifecycle so to minimise time & effort, use our reference checking functionality to automate this process.

Use our default preprepared reference forms or customise the kinds of questions you'd like ask the referees, either way you'll get the info you need to make the right hiring decision.

Single or multiple reference checks, your choice

You can choose & modify the type of references you'd like to go out. If you generally ask the same questions during a reference check, use the Single form option in Settings.

But of course if you would like to ask different questions at the reference check stage, or you'd like to get different background information for different candidates, use Multiple reference check forms. As usual, TalentHub gives you the choice to suit your individual needs.

Send out reference requests from the applicants profile

You can request as many references as you'd like for each applicant, in the profile of the candidate simply click on the References tab & select how many you'd like send out.

Make sure to have opted to get notified when the reference are finilised, that way you'll get an email telling you the requested feedback has been submitted for your review.
